The AMAZING Texas community rallied and over 70 horses rescued in Houston, Texas.
Harris County Citizens took to the waters in a hurry and saved many horses from drowning.
A Houston Area Stable with over 70 horses was inundated by floodwaters,and the horses were stranded.
